Food was good , service was also good . Nice size servings. Full bar, signature cocktails. Off broadway makes this a nice spot. Staff super friendly. From Appetizers to salads and burgers. Its a nice stop

Got seated by a nice host then waited nearly 20 minutes with no server in sight. Decided to move to the bar and got the best service anyone could ask for. Not only was our bartender attentive, engaging, and polite. She was everywhere around the bar area helping everyone with anything they needed. These five stars are for you Jessica V. The next time I'm in NYC I'm coming back to this Fridays because of her service.

I honestly cannot believe that TGI Friday's charges $20 for a hamburger! I will never ever ever go back to a TGI Fridays because of the greed from this one restaurant near times Square! My daughter's kid meal sliders that cost $10 we're good and my son's $6 to scoop ice cream wasn't that bad either. The service was pretty good but the $20 hamburger really piss me off

My first eating here and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and quantity of the food. It didn't take a long time to cook and our waitress was friendly and professional and very well informed. I would recommend anyone, tourist or local to eat here. The prices are competitive, they also have lunch specials and coupons which is really great.

I’ve been to TGI Fridays in Managua before which was an outstanding, clean and friendly restaurant. However, this visit at TGI was awful. We had to wait more then half an hour to be noticed by the waitress, than they told us in an unfriendly way to change the tables. After that, the food took about 45 minutes. It came without cutlery, which took another 10 minutes. The waitress was trying her best at the end, however, service personal needs to be more trained and attentive. The interior looked bad, tables were dirty and as to expect in this area of New York City, overpriced. I will not support this chain anymore. Sad.
